Career Reading®は、
その人が「どんな環境で力を発揮し、どんな条件でつまずきやすいか」を読み解き、言葉にするものです。
生い立ちまでさかのぼって話を聞く0歳からのキャリアリーディングでは、「表情・反応・語り・経歴・選択パターン」などから、その人の意思決定のクセや、活躍条件・破綻条件を整理し、本人や組織の判断に使える形で返します。
Yukari Tanaka
Born in Tokyo in 1987. Nationally qualified career consultant.
In 2005, he enrolled in the Department of Physical Education, College of Arts and Sciences, Nihon University, and joined the Phoenix American Football Club as a manager. After graduating, she joined an IT venture company and gained experience in human resources. After that, he worked as a career advisor at a recruitment agency and became independent.
At an advertising agency where she worked as a freelancer, she was involved in a project related to work style reform. In 2017, she obtained the national qualification Career Consultant, and created "Career Reading®" from the academic knowledge she gained at that time. In order to expand people's career possibilities, he decided to start a "Career Reading®" business. In February 2019, she established Any Sea LLC, and is currently struggling to balance child-rearing as a mother of one child.
